About CorrAcla - Eolas faoi CorrAcla
CorrAcla Teo is one of 10 Community Development Projects (CDP's) in Mayo & 180 nationally. CDP's are locally based organisations involved in anti-poverty and social inclusion initiatives at community level. These Projects build capacity within local communities and provide a range of supports, development opportunities and services to community groups and individuals within their areas. CDP's are funded by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs under the National Development Plan 2000-2006 with funds made available through the National Lottery. The CDP is a limited company with 9 local volunteers from the community managing the project and it’s work.
